| "Being new to Not for profits, I
found myself unsure of what to do or where to go. As I started
to ask questions, out pops David Unger. He gave me more
understanding and insight into the world of fundraising then I
feel I could have received in a semester of classes. He
confirmed that my image of what a Board should do was far
different then what should be. In a short time over the phone, I
was able to grasp the concept of engaging the Board and
potential donors. The most important part of what David does, is
remain a resource. I do not think he ever says “my work here is
done”. He is always there. Without David’s assistance, I am certain that I would still be wondering what to do."
