Using
the model of Relationship Based Fundraising, Unger & Associates
guided our organization as we re-examined our fundraising
strategies and helped us realized that relationships are the
foundation of every successful fundraising campaign. Our efforts
in donor stewardship have led to higher donor retention and
increased giving.

"David lit a fire under our Board of Directors! We all don't
know what we don't know, but David brought us into the light of
donor relations and helped us build a case for support. He
listens to what's being said and what's left unsaid - making him
a fine and thoughtful strategic guide."

| Expert advice,
experience, creative ideas, and a rich knowledge of the
not-for-profit world, all delivered with a smile -- that's what
you'll get from David Unger. Our nonprofit brought in David as a
consultant and interim executive director for 3 months. During
this period, he effectively engaged the board in supporting the
organization, challenged the staff to perform to measurable
goals, and helped the entire organization take a good close
objective look at itself. I highly recommend him and would hire
him again!
